The plastic of key components which retaining the current-carrying parts like the plastic of: Switch, PCB, Lamp-holder, Plastic of adaptor, Connector, Terminal block, Brush holder etc. and the plastic which provide insulation resistane must resistance to Heat and flame/fire.

AV-Inspec's inspector will conduct the Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) and take the samples (SAM) of these key components / plastic then sent them to our laboraotry to conduct the testing of "Resistance to Heat and Fire (RHF)" to see the quality of the components, to avoid the risk of catching fire of your products be in using by consumer.

Both Pre-Shipment Inspection(PSI) report and Resistance to Heat and Fire (RHF) report will be issued to customer for this service. Resistance to Heat and Fire(RHF) report will be issued within 2 working days after Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) completed.
